Through the use of the contact form, we collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Organisation or institution
• Professional email address
• Project country (optional)
• Project type
• Description of the need (free-text message)

This data is strictly limited to what is necessary to process your request. No sensitive data (health status, biometric data, ethnic origin) is collected.

We do not store any collected data on our servers: the information travels by email and is processed directly by our team.

The data collected is used solely to:

• Respond to your contact or quotation request
• Follow up on your project
• Contact you again as part of a business relationship

Your data is under no circumstances sold, transferred or passed on to third parties, including our supplier partners.

The processing of your data is based on your consent, given when submitting the contact form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to the professional requests addressed to us (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Your data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with the CNIL's recommendations for B2B prospecting data.

At the end of this period, the data is deleted or anonymised.
